Hoffman Associates is providing project inspection services for this new $320 million facility. The
Cal Poly Canyon Village project will provide approximately 2,677 beds in an apartment style
student community comprised of nine buildings, two parking structures and a pool. The
buildings will be five stories, Type II, one-hour construction, and will be fully sprinklered.
Retail space will be provided on the first floor of three buildings. The parking structures will
be four stories and will provide approximately 950 plus parking spaces each. All buildings,
including the parking structures, total approximately 945,000 gross square feet.
