Hoffman Associates interfaced with the three owners of the project and provided course of construction project management an project inspection services on site for a 1400 seat, 110, 000 square foot structural steel and masonry performance hall and classroom facility. Hoffman
and Associates also provided value-engineering services while under construction that kept
the project within its project budget and construction contingency. This project was an
exceptional team effort where 1200 RFI’s and hundreds of change orders were
processed to provide quality work, on time and on a very tight budget.
