Mr. Hoyt has over forty years of Architecture practice with emphasis on residential, multi-residential, commercial office and retail shopping centers.   Mr. Hoyt has ten years inspection experience
working with the school districts, California State University system, and the Division of the State Architect.  He possesses the full range of skills necessary for inspection of major and minor
capital outlay projects, including mechanical and electrical scope-intensive projects.

Throughout all phases of construction, Mr. Hoyt has demonstrated his ability to work with
various regulatory officials, including State Fire Marshals, to ensure that compliance with
all codes has been met.  He has the experience to dutifully inspect all construction
elements: structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil.
