Mr. Benson is a graduate from the College of Architecture and Environmental Design at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.  He was an intern at Hoffman Associates, Inc. since June 2004 and received training
in constructability review and plan check, labor compliance, wage benefit statement preparation,
and closeout procedures.  Upon graduation, Mr. Benson was promoted to a project engineer
where he is actively involved in all aspects of construction management.  His project
engineering skills have developed to the point where he requires minimal project
manager supervision.
